A nightclub without a fixed nightly format
All In is on Avenida Armando Lombardi in Barra’s nightlife circuit. Riotur classifies it as a dancing venue and describes a dance floor with cascading LED lighting, event-specific scenery and a wide drinks selection. This explains something important: do not assume every night has the same atmosphere or that the venue’s name alone tells you what music will play.
The venue opened in 2016, according to a local press article from December 2023. That coverage presents it as an event producers’ venture and highlights Brazilian DJs and MCs. An O Globo report from the opening period described a programme ranging from sertanejo, pagode and samba to electronic music. This is background explaining the project’s breadth, not a current programme for today.
What changes from one event to another
The setup, lineup and promotions are part of the concept. Older posts on the venue’s profile show funk and trap nights, themed editions, DJ sets, samba circles and time-limited offers. I use them to illustrate how the venue works — different events, different terms — rather than promise those styles, promotions or hours remain active. The latest programme is what matters.
I would open the full announcement before buying: who is playing, the main style, when the promotion starts and ends, whether there is a guest list, what each ticket includes and whether the VIP area needs a separate booking. A promotional story may say “open” but restrict the offer to certain drinks and a specific time; read that event’s terms carefully.
Dance floor, VIP areas and services
Riotur’s municipal listing records 15 VIP areas, five with suites. It also mentions USB chargers, customer Wi-Fi, high-tech air conditioning and a makeup area in the women’s restroom. To me, this positions the experience between a general dance floor and an organised group night with a reserved area. I found no current public price or booking-terms table, so I do not reproduce figures from directories or old advertisements.
Riotur also attributes the Japanese food service to Planeta Sushi and mentions a varied drinks selection. It is an option for anyone wanting food during the evening, but the listing does not publish a current menu, prices or availability for each event. Ask when booking if food is part of your plan.
What reviews say — and how I read them
The consulted Tripadvisor listing shows 2.7/5 from 19 reviews. Visible reviews include older complaints from 2019–2020 about service, table arrangements and leaving; one says assistance was not provided after an incident on the dance floor. These are individual accounts, not a verified description of current operations. I still include them: they help you arrive with realistic expectations and ask where to seek assistance during the event.
Restaurant Guru’s listing reports another Google rating: 3.6/5 from 354 reviews in the aggregator’s published snapshot. Platforms mix dates, users and calculation methods, so I do not treat any score as a verdict. My practical conclusion is more concrete: check prices before ordering, clarify what your admission or VIP area includes, and keep your group’s contact details if the venue is crowded.
Who would I choose it for?
I would include it if you want a club night in Barra, are going with a group and are interested in an announced DJ or artist. I would book when the specific programme excites you, not simply because it appears on a “best clubs” list. If you prefer a quiet table, conversation or a seated show with a reliable schedule, I would choose another kind of outing.
I would plan it as a full evening in Barra: dinner nearby, the event and a pre-arranged return. The journey from the South Zone can be long; rather than improvise transport at closing time, I would save the correct address and request a car from a lit spot agreed with the group.
My Ernestinho tip
Before paying, I would confirm four things through the venue’s own channel about that edition: lineup and musical style, required age/identification, admission or VIP-area prices and terms, and guest-list or promotion deadlines. On arrival, agree on a meeting point and note who in the group has the booking contact. This makes the night less dependent on rumours and old screenshots.
I would choose All In for the event announced that night, rather than assuming every party is the same: check the music, guest list, entry, table policy and age rules before leaving. It is in Barra, so plan your return to your accommodation before going in and agree on a pickup point if your group splits up. Bring ID and only what you need; the journey back matters as much as the dance floor.
