I wanted to create something that would not end when the tour was over. Something simple, Brazilian and easy to take home. That is how Café Ernestinho was born: my flavored coffee brand, connected to the same idea behind the way I show you Rio — a trip is remembered through stories, aromas and small moments.
For me, coffee is also a way of telling Brazil's story. That is why this space is not about where to sit for coffee in Rio: it is about my coffee, the identity behind the brand and a different way to take a little piece of your trip home.
