What you will find
Centro Cultural Ação da Cidadania occupies a former port warehouse and hosts exhibitions, fairs, performances, solidarity campaigns and major events.
It is not an attraction with continuous visiting access. The experience depends on the scheduled exhibition, fair, concert or activity.
History
Ação da Cidadania was created in 1993 by sociologist Herbert de Souza, known as Betinho, to fight hunger and promote social participation.
